We’re happy helping you turn ideas and concepts into reality. We can take your vision and apply the performance talent, audiovisual equipment and technological know-how to help you achieve it. For everything else, we can call on longstanding and highly dependable partners and suppliers – for example, for venue-finding, catering, props and venue dressers, flowers, photo booths, activities, transport and accommodation, and just about anything else you can think of. We liaise with you and all suppliers to make sure that your role is simply to watch the spectacle take shape, and guide us wherever you see fit. We want you to have fun working with us, while we have fun co-creating and supporting the perfect event for you. We’re here to take the pressure off, and to think of everything so you don’t have to – we’ll take care of it all, from research to scheduling and logistics, to smooth execution of the event itself. We love nothing more than to project manage and see our events through from concept to completion.

Venue finding

While we’ve worked in and are familiar with a wide range of venues, we’re also connected with specialists who find the lesser-known gems that will intrigue and impress your guests, suit your event perfectly, and ensure it’s a talking point across your social or professional networks. Catering

We love our food, so it’s always a pleasure to source the perfect catering for events. From Asian street food and wood-fired pizza ovens, to haute cuisine prepared by renowned chefs, we know where to find the best. If you’ve a specific theme in mind, or want to source locally, or simply need to impress a lot of people with great food, we can hook you up with the best in the business – or even deal with them on your behalf.

Props

From vintage film-set lights to palm trees, to period furniture and curious objects of all kinds, shapes and sizes – the right props can really elevate a themed event or production. We’re well connected in the events industry, so we can call upon the best suppliers to ensure the main props and peripherals make your event authentic and memorable. We deal with everything, from basic prop hire to custom-built sets and centrepieces, so don’t hold back with your unusual or complex demands!

Venue Dressing

Our service incorporates table design, flowers, stationery, drapes and lighting, and much more, to ensure you’re ‘dressed for success’. Venue dressing can be the icing on the cake, really bringing style together for events and leaving lasting positive impressions. We work with a range of companies for specific requirements, and help you bring all the elements together to create a standout event.

Photo Booths

We source and provide a range of photo booths for all kinds of events – from simple but fun ‘passport photo’ booths (sturdy enough to fit in way more than one or two people!), to incorporating vintage cameras on tripods and concealing digital cameras to take pictures throughout events, and sometimes to making the booth itself a prop themed to the event. Magic mirrors are also popular, and can be designed to fit your theme. We can make all captured images available to you after the event, with watermarked logos or branding if required. You can even opt to have individual guest photographs emailed to them on the night.

Activities

Crazy golf, slides into giant ball pits, lawn games, arcade games… the list is extensive. There are so many ways to entertain children and adults at events, and we know the best suppliers across the UK, so ask us and we can surely deliver. We also offer ‘bandeoke’ – like karaoke but with a live backing band for a full authentic experience of giving a live performance of the songs people usually sing along to in private!

Transport and accommodation

For any event bringing a lot of people together, it always pays to book transport and accommodation early, as you never know what else might be happening nearby on the same date. Whether it’s a wedding in a remote rural location, or a big conference in the city, you never know how many vacancies there will be in the nearest and preferred hotels. The nature of what we means we monitor and work closely with many hotels and chains to negotiate packages for guests, delegates and artists. We can also organise everything from limousines and prestige cars, to coaches and fleets of private hire taxis to transport guests to and from your event.
