From vintage film-set lights to palm trees, to period furniture and curious objects of all kinds, shapes and sizes – the right props can really elevate a themed event or production. We’re well connected in the events industry, so we can call upon the best suppliers to ensure the main props and peripherals make your event authentic and memorable. We deal with everything, from basic prop hire to custom-built sets and centrepieces, so don’t hold back with your unusual or complex demands!
Our service incorporates table design, flowers, stationery, drapes and lighting, and much more, to ensure you’re ‘dressed for success’. Venue dressing can be the icing on the cake, really bringing style together for events and leaving lasting positive impressions. We work with a range of companies for specific requirements, and help you bring all the elements together to create a standout event.
We source and provide a range of photo booths for all kinds of events – from simple but fun ‘passport photo’ booths (sturdy enough to fit in way more than one or two people!), to incorporating vintage cameras on tripods and concealing digital cameras to take pictures throughout events, and sometimes to making the booth itself a prop themed to the event. Magic mirrors are also popular, and can be designed to fit your theme. We can make all captured images available to you after the event, with watermarked logos or branding if required. You can even opt to have individual guest photographs emailed to them on the night.
Crazy golf, slides into giant ball pits, lawn games, arcade games… the list is extensive. For any event bringing a lot of people together, it always pays to book transport and accommodation early, as you never know what else might be happening nearby on the same date. Whether it’s a wedding in a remote rural location, or a big conference in the city, you never know how many vacancies there will be in the nearest and preferred hotels. The nature of what we means we monitor and work closely with many hotels and chains to negotiate packages for guests, delegates and artists. We can also organise everything from limousines and prestige cars, to coaches and fleets of private hire taxis to transport guests to and from your event.
